Bob "Sully" Sullivan
Sully is the host of two national television programs in the “Business meets Lifestyle” space – “THE BIG BIZ SHOW” (http://www.bigbizshow.com,) a 20 years running nationally syndicated television program; simulcast on radio, seen and heard weekdays on the Biz Television Network and for the IHeart Media Radio Stations, BizTalk Radio Network and Armed Forces Radio Network in 175 countries and “all the ships at sea.”
His second show is television only, “SULLY’S BIZ BREW” (http://youtooamerica.com/bizbrew/) on the YouToo America Television Network He has also been a frequent contributor to FOX Business and MSNBC and also currently provide “Sully’s Biz Bite,” a daily 2-minute “Business and Lifestyle” report, to several radio stations nationwide.
Sully has also covered business and political topics on-air and on other media outlets such as Inc.com, Forbes.com and WSJ Radio.
Moreover, longtime AM600 KOGO radio and KUSI television host ROBERT “SULLY” SULLIVAN has been a fixture in San Diego radio and television for more than 20 years.
Responsible for starting the “Recall Filner” campaign, Sully is an ever vociferous spokesperson for San Diego supporting the region’s innovation economy, San Diego County Law Enforcement as well as an accountability partner to city leaders.
Early in his career and prior to his television and radio career, Sully ran a number of investment banking firms.
As Managing Director and CEO of The Compass Point Group, Inc., he worked in capital formation and banking for publicly traded and privately held companies.
In 1995, The Compass Point Group, Inc. joint-ventured and acquired Charterbridge Financial Group, Inc., an investment banking consulting firm, where Sully was Chairman and CEO again, working with publicly traded and privately held companies in negotiating capital formation along with corporate and investor communications.
The firm oversaw and crafted Business Plans, Investment Marketing Memorandums and Private Placements. All told, he has assisted 70+ companies in becoming publicly traded and have raised close to $350 million in investment capital.
Moreover, he is a General Partner in Motion Venture Partners, Llc in the Sports, Action and Leisure [SAL] space to invest in and mentor companies in this ‘Sports/Technology’ cluster located in what he calls “Velcro Valley,” San Diego, CA north to Orange County, CA. [http://www.motionvf.com].
Lastly, he also owns and operates Jump Television Studios, LLC in San Diego, CA. Sully built his first television/radio studios in 2006 as a place in which to broadcast my national shows from.
